Mint and green peppercorn chutney: Green Peppercorns

A tangy, spicy preparation with an explosion of flavours, this one is perfect for burgers, sandwiches and cutlets.
INGREDIENTS
Mint leaves: 100 gm
Coriander leaves: 50 gm
Green Peppercorns: 10 gm
Green chillies: 2 nos
Garlic Cloves: 2nos
Fresh Ginger Slices: 1 tbsp
Fresh Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
Jaggery grated: 1 tbsp
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
METHOD
Wash and clean the greens thoroughly.
In a blender add mint, coriander, and green peppercorn and blend well.
Add ginger, salt, jaggery, lime juice, garlic, green chillies, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
Check the seasoning, transfer it to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
