Butter Muruku is a crispy and crunchy Indian snack, generally prepared during festive seasons. Apart from that murukku is a tasty snack particularly kids’ favourite. Butter murukku is more delicious than regular murukku it’s a mouth-melting snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 1/2 cup Gram flour
- 1/4 cup Fried gram flour
- Salt as needed
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 tsp Jeera
- Oil for frying
Instructions
In a bowl add all the ingredients except oil.
Mix everything well.
Add water and make it a smooth dough.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan.
Grease the murukku maker and fill the dough and squeeze it in the oil.
Fry till the bubbles are off.
Drain and store it in an airtight container.
Method
