Palak Moong Dal Fry

Moong Dal with Spinach is a very nutritious and healthy recipe. Today we will make Moon dal with Spinach.  It not only makes the dal interesting but also increases its nutritional value. Now we will make Moong dal with Spinach.

Ingredients

• Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tea spoon.

• Oil – 1 tablespoon.

• Garlic – 10 number.

• Turmeric – pinch.

• Onion – 2 numbers.

• Salt – to taste.

• Green chilli, sliced – 5 numbers.

• Split moong dal – 1/2 cup.

• Spinach – 3 bunch.

• Urad dal – 1 tablespoon.

• Curry leaves – 1 spring.

Method:

Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and add the urad dal, garlic, green chillies, and onion and saute on a medium

flame for 1 minute. Add moong dal and saute on a medium flame. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric

powder, curry leaves, and chopped spinach and cook it till it oozes out of the gravy.
