Long ago a little sparrow built a nest on a tree in a jungle. One day, an elephant passed that way. He was looking for a tree to rub his back against. He caught sight of the tree on which the sparrow had its nest. When the sparrow spotted the elephant rubbing his back against the tree, she quickly flew to him.
“Please stop, Mr Elephant,” said the sparrow. “When you rub your body against the tree, the whole tree shakes. My babies get frightened and my nest may come down too!”
“Why do I care for you and your babies!” replied the elephant and went on rubbing his back against the tree. The sparrow was annoyed by the elephant’s attitude. She decided to teach him a lesson. She flew near his ear and packed and scratched it. This hurt the elephant because his ears are the most sensitive part of his body. He begged the arrow to go away from his ear and promised never to rub his back against her tree.

So, the bird said to the elephant, “Be considerate to others. Before bullying others, always remember: Even the strongest creature has its weakness!”
Be kind and considerate to all animals and birds. They have feelings. They also feel pain and pleasure. You are strong and many of them are weak. You do not tease a bull in the street as it is stronger than you. You tend to tease small birds, frogs, cats and dogs because they are weak and helpless.
