Healthy and tasty Ragi mudda

Ragi mudda 

Water 1.5 Cups

Ragi flour 1tbsp

Mix to remove lumps

Let the water boil on medium flame water started boiling.

Add ragi flour 1 cup.

Do not let it cook for a minute.

After 1-2 mins mix properly.

Close the lid and cook on low flame for 2-3 mins.

Turn of flame. Let it sit for a minute.

Take a small portion on a plate.

Wet your hands with water and make balls.  Healthy ragi mudda ready.  Serve hot with sambar or any gravy curry.
