Ingredients
• Peanuts – 1/2 cup.
• Red chilli – 15 numbers.
• Coriander seeds – 1 teaspoon.
• Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon.
• Garlic – 6 cloves.
• Salt – to taste.
• Sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Heat a pan and add coriander seeds and cumin seeds dry roast it and add red chillies. Saute it for 2 minutes then add
sesame seeds, garlic, and peanuts, and roast all the ingredients together. Please switch off the flame and transfer it to a plate. By
adding salt let it cool down. Transfer all the ingredients to the blender and make a coarse powder. Serve this
powder with idli, dosa, vada or plain rice with peanut powder and ghee.
