Ingredients
• Rice
• Salt – 1 to taste.
• Butter or oil – 1 tablespoon
• Jeera (cumin) – 1 teaspoon
• Fried onion – 1 teaspoon
• Green chillies – 2 numbers.
• Water – 2 cups
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, green chilli, mint, coriander leaves and fry
Now add water( twice the amount of measured rice), and bring the water to a boil by adding some salt
Then add pre-soaked, and cook till 90% of the water is absorbed
Finally, add fried onion, reduce the flame to a minimum, and cook covered for 5 minutes.
