Ingredients
• Hot water – as required.

• Salt – pinch.
• Sajjalu millet flour ,Sajja pindi – 1 cup.
• Sesam Seeds- Some
• Raw Ground nuts Powder – Some
• Jeera Some
Method:

Take a bowl and add Sajja millet flour, a pinch of salt some Jeera to a little oil mix the groundnut powder mixture. Use hot water to mix it with a spoon and make a soft dough. Now Sesame seed dip. Now take some of the atta as a dumpling to make roti, sprinkle millet flour first and press the dumpling with hand to make chapati. Once the roti is ready take the pan and heat it, The pan needs to be very hot then add the roti, the atta side on the top spread water on the upper side of the roti with a hand or a cloth and rotate to the other side. cook until both sides are done. Sajja Roti is ready. It’s very tasty.
Serve with Staffed Brinjal curry, any curry, pulusu, and Sambur.
