Ingredients
- Bread : 6 to 8 slices
- Aloo (potatoes) : 3 to 4 nos.
- Tamato : 1 no. Big size
- Jeera : 1 tea spoon
- Onions : 1 no.
- Haldi : 1\2 tea spoon
- Chilli powder : 1 teaspoon
- Salt : 1 teaspoon (as per taste)
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice : 1 teaspoon
- Fresh coriander : 2 tablespoons (finely chopped) leaves
- Oil ( Butter or ghee) : 1 tablespoon
- Tamata ketchup
Method
Boil aloo and mash it well.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add jeera. Let it splutter, add chopped onions and fry until it turns light brown. Add ginger garlic paste stir, Tamotao chapped and cook for a few seconds. and add haldi and chilli powder.

Now add mashed potatoes and salt. Mix well switch off the flame and add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.

Now spread this mixture on one slice of bread, and cover it with another. Apply butter or ghee on both the outer sides and toast it in a sandwich maker,

Tasty, yummy aloo sandwiches are ready…………. Serve hot with sauce or ketchup.
